The supplied catalogue lists these credentials. Request current distribution authorisation, registration and model-specific OEM documents from our team before procurement.
Do you provide instrumented OR trays for joint replacement?
Yes. Our knee and hip systems ship with complete instrumented OR trays — subject to the confirmed model and tray configuration, with on-site staff training at first shipment.
Can you arrange an instrument trial for a new surgeon?
Absolutely. Trial kits are available on request — submit the quote form with "instrument trial" in the notes, or call the sales line.
What OEM brands do you carry?
Remescan (portable X-ray) and Bell Surgical (power tools) — for both we are the exclusive authorised territory distributor in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh — plus Pulsa Lavage (theatre irrigation), and a curated set of orthopaedic implant OEMs for trauma, joint replacement and accessories. Specific brand names and the OEM we represent for each line are disclosed at quote stage.
Do you supply outside Telangana and Andhra Pradesh?
We focus on TS & AP for in-stock dispatch but can ship pan-India for confirmed POs. Discuss with our team at quote stage.
How do we reorder consumables (blades, bits, batteries)?
Reorder via the contact form with "reorder" in the notes, or call the office line. We keep most consumables in stock so dispatch is usually 24–48 hours.
Do you handle installation and calibration of Remescan X-ray units?
Yes — we coordinate installation, AERB-related paperwork, and annual calibration with the OEM. Our territory manager attends the first commissioning.
